As of 2011, Upgrades are limited to replacing and adding parts such as modems, network cards, memory, etc.
We can clean up your pc and remove any present viruses and spyware, as well as recommend the best anti-virus software for your needs.
Signs of virus problems include your pc not shutting down properly, too many systems freezes, problems sending e-mail, etc.

We call on one of our Service Partners, ADCOM Corp. on our high-end custom network solutions, as well as use them for complex networking diagnosis. They also offer On-Site Services.
Note: ADCOM Corp. is not directly affiliated with BITS and PCS, but has had a long lasting relationship with us.
For certain special circumstances, we can build and configure custom systems. This is usually limited to server and network systems, due to the fact that a standard pc has become so inexpensive to purchase at a retail store such as MicroCenter in Yonkers, NY.
Monday through Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM (Standard walk-in hours)
We are closed to the public on Saturdays and Sundays
